Charles Ganga is the Founder of Next Gen Construction and holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours). He brings practical experience from the Australian residential construction industry, with exposure to both conventional residential construction and modular housing.
At Next Gen Construction, Charles provides strategic direction across construction management, project planning, business development and company operations. His construction management background and industry experience contribute to a structured approach to project delivery, with an emphasis on quality workmanship, effective coordination, accountability and client satisfaction.
Charles is focused on building Next Gen Construction into a trusted and professionally managed construction company, delivering practical solutions while maintaining strong standards throughout the
construction process.
Prosper Mariyapera
CEO | Architectural Designer
Prosper Mariyapera is the CEO and Architectural Designer at Next Gen Construction. He holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Harare Polytechnic and brings practical industry experience in architectural design and construction.
He specialises in modern and affordable building design, council-approval-ready house plans, 3D architectural visualisation, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and project supervision.
As CEO, Prosper oversees day-to-day operations, design coordination and on-the-ground project delivery. His technical background enables him to support clients from the initial concept and planning stages through design, costing, construction and project supervision, helping transform ideas into practical and buildable solutions.
